Appalling Service from Mtn deserves 0 stars

If it was possible, mtn deserves 0 stars. Ordered the Shesha 600 router which never worked but I paid for the data along with the pro-rata. Since it never worked, I returned it and it got cancelled, then I requested a refund. They have been giving me the run around since 2nd October. Multiple emails, multiple calls, right now they just transferred me to a department that is closed. Such appalling service.
