Appalling service from MTN

I was charged R1,189.01 for a mere 20gb data end of October and after i was sent from pillar to post on 02/11/2020 ( this is the call that lasted from 12h41 - 14h20 from - calling from another network) as no one could give me an answer why so much charge. I then wrote an email to their complaints department same day and received an automated response saying they will get in touch within 24 hours. Today its the 11th and no one has contacted me.

As consumers we are really taken for a ride especially by these big companies.
