APPALLING SERVICE FROM MTN
I took out a contract with MTN 15 years ago for my daughter and she started paying it via EFT last year and then in October 2018 MTN said that she wasn't paying. We sent proof of payment to the legal department and then in December the account was was settled. Next thing the number is no longer available on the MTN network. What kind of service is this?!
