Appalling Service

Worst customer service i have ever received. MTN should just close as a service provider im currently having issues just to cancel my contract which has reached its 24 month period i have been taken back an forth from customer service agents and MTN branches who refuse to cancel my contract and want to offer me other products on top of that i am being told my account is in arrears when all i have been doing is paying. i am very disgusted by their service and will not consider or even advise people to take up this service provider. i hope ill be expecting to hear from MTN
