Appalling Service by MTN SP Insurance

MTN SP insurance is a horibble company.<br> <br> After reporting a damaged phone to MTN SP insurance on 2015/07/24 (which I pay every month to insure my phone) I only receive a reply via a call on 2015/09/04 to notify me that my phone will be collected for repairs on 2015/09/10 but they don't, instead they collect it a week later and loan me a phone that does not work leaving me stranded again without a cellphone for a whole weekend.<br> <br> I call on Monday to report the faulty phone only to be told their systems are offline and there's nothing they can do to help me, leaving me stranded and without a phone, again.<br> <br> What makes me angry with this service is that when they sell you this insurance they promise you the moon and the stars and take your money every month but when its time to deliver they never do it on time plus you get fed with excuses.<br> <br> MTN SP Insurance Sucks!<br> <br> Phumlani Ngubeni<br>
