Appalling service

I am appalled by the service I have received from admyntec and MTN insurance. I logged a claim for my ****** Phones in January and till this date I have not received any feedback besides automated emails and constant request for documents from the agent Mamello and SaneleM . I have called MTN insurance a number of times without getting solid help. I was told their TAT for cellphone claims is 7-14 working days which is unacceptable where other insurance like OMI have a TAT of 48 hours for cellphone claims. I am definitely cancelling my policy with MTN as soon as my claim is resolved
