Appalling service at Mtn contract sales

On 29 April 2021 I app**** for the router bundle for R269 per month. Till to date I have not received any feedback whatsoever. Just the confirmation email tat my order has been received. I must say the service is terrible at Mtn, not sure why though but I tried again on 6 May 2021 and will see what the outcome will be this time
