Appalling Service after ripping me off

MTN migrates/changes our contract packages to ones that suit them without the account holders permission/ consent, then ignores us when we request that they fix what they did.

I’ve been sent from pillar to post and they keep telling me they sending emails and that they will call me back but nothing has happened in almost a month.

When I go to the store to fix I’m being told I’ll be charged to change back.

I can’t wait for my contract to end so I can move my 4 numbers to another network provider that will give me what I need and better service because MTN is ripping me off even though I’m paying.
