Appalling service

I bought a data deal for R 299.00 which gives you 40 gigs and I was given 12gigs, spoke to 3 consultants and all three are clueless. The last one doesn't even understand English. First consultant Thulisile told me I bought a deal for 12gigs Second one Hamelina dropped the call in my ear Third consultant cant understand basic english
