Appalling service

MTN at Waterstone do not answer their telephones, ever. If you go into the store, and ask why, they say they are too busy to answer their phones - this despite the fact that on the past two occasions I have entered the store, I am the only customer there. <br> <br> If you call the store, from inside the store, there isn't even the slightest sound of a telephone ringing.<br> <br> I ordered a phone last Saturday, and was told it would be in store on Monday. When I tried to telephone to ascertain whether the phone was there, I (naturally) couldn't get a reply. When I went in to the store today (Tuesday), I was advised that I couldn't be helped because the person that had served me 'wasn't working today, I would have to come back another day when she was on duty'.<br> <br> I'm not surprised that the MTN contract employees are on strike. If this is the way MTN and its regular employees treat their customers, one can only surmise that their contract staff fair a lot worse.
