Appalling service

My contract expired in March 2023 and o sent an email requesting a cancellation and they told me to pay R1100 for cancellation. When I did the account was still active and now they’ve handed me Over to legal with a default on my account. When I contact them they keep sending me from pillar to post and the legal team Is still calling me for payments on an account I have not even used for over 6 months. I would not recommend an MTN contract to anyone. When their Contract expires they send their legal team to demand money. It’s a trap.
