Appalling Service
I have been holding for over 30 minutes while calling the *** number trying to speak to someone who would assist with why my phone has been in for repairs for over 7 weeks. I am still waiting to speak to someone as I type, the first point of contact and I have to hold for more than 45 minutes. I went to the store where I took the phone in for repairs over the weekend and was told to come back during the week or call them myself!! This is getting frustrating as this is the second time I called today and waiting for ridiculous amounts of time. Please deal with your service, I was told repairs take 3-4 weeks, it's been over 7 weeks!!!
