Appalling Service

Good day, I have gone to over 5 of your Mtn stores and they are refusing the routers because it was an online purchase, today I tried another MTN in Alberton City And same story, I've been to wonderpark Mall, Pretoria North, Pretoria CBD, Pretoria Central and Alberton Jacqueline Mall.

Please speak to MTN in Alberton and let me know when to drop off the router. I'm sick and Unemployed and these routers are giving me trouble.im in the process of moving back home and once I've moved you won't be able to get your routers

Please assist asap this issue has gone in for too long
