Appalling service
<p>I've lodged a complaint on 15 March 2016, and haven't received any feedback. I then relodged the complaint on 7 July 2016 which I then received a response:</p> <p>Jul 12, 2016<br />3 months ago<br />Good day Taryn,</p> <p>Thank you for your post.</p> <p>We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience that you experienced as a result of this.</p> <p>May you kindly provide us with your MTN Account number or ID number in order for us to be able access your account and investigate further.</p> <p>Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.</p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Ayanda</p> <p>REQ: **********</p> <p>After responding with the necessary details, I haven't heard from them again. Please be advised that the matter has been escalated to the relevant department to be credited for the SUL charges incurred as well as the return admin debit charges.

07 Nov 2016, 13:28It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard anything from you guys. I've now heard that this account has been handed over to a legal team. I'm very disappointed with this putrid service that I've received. I've literally had enough with this going back and forth, and demand that someone contact me ASAP.
