Appalling Service
Utterly appalling service. Put in a claim because my screen was accidently damaged and my claim was declined. The reasoning behind it being declined is that previously I put in a claim because one of my volume key buttons came out, that was also declined and the reason being it didn't come out due to it falling or anything like that. Now that is also being brought up to this new claim for a screen replacement, they're saying they can't fix it because I didn't give them evidence/proof for fixing the previous damage - I mean what does that have to do with anything. Why PAY for insurance if they're going to come up with all the excuses in the book as to why they wont fix your device?!!
