Appalling service
I made an upgrade to a laptop on the 8th of May and we where assisted by Sipho Ntuli. On the 14th we got a call from the courier guy telling that the name on the delivery note is not the same as my mother's name and he can not deliver the laptop.
I called today and spoke to a guy who transferred me to the courier and I was told the had nothing to do with matter and I should take it up with Mtn.
I am really not impressed with the guy that made the upgrade. This has costed me clients and money. If we have not received the laptop by close of business tomorrow we cancelling the contract.
