Appalling service.
My issue has yet to be resolved yet I get messages that legal action will be taken against me if I do not do as they say. As a loyal customer for over a decade you'd think that MTN appreciates their customers, but no, instead you get no responses or feedback as promised or you get told the same thing over and over again. Ridiculous right?
