Appalling Service!
It's been more than 5 weeks since I sent my phone in for repairs and I'm still struggling to get my phone back. Opbviously management is not concerned as I repeatedly asked for help, even posting a complaint on Hello Peter, and I'm still waiting for a response. I can't believe that any company in the world could be so lax. Useless!
