Appalling service
MTN customer service is appalling, had an enquiry re my invoice after a recent contract upgrade and I was sent from pillar to post. The consultants do not understand the functions their respective departments perform. Disappointing really.

01 May 2021, 07:56MTN still has not resolved my issue, let alone even bother to contact me. Yet they were so quick to debit money from my account on the 30th. I was charged way more than what I was suppose to pay and they don’t want to give me back my money.
