APPALLING MTN call centre and response. should all be fired.

I have been requesting my invoices for the 2021 tax year with no satisfaction. i get an email with may 2020 till october 2020 every time. on twitter i have DMed 87 times!! 87!! and the same thing. the MTN centre is so utterly useless. when i call i will get yet another reference and then same email comes with the same incomplete data. i just can't any longer. othe one thing MTN call centre is brilliant at is mediocrity.
