Appalling encounter with MTN

I recently had an appalling encounter with MTN that left me utterly dissatisfied and frustrated. After spending an exasperating total of nearly five hours on the phone seeking assistance as well as going to a branch (where I was told that I have to phone), I found myself no closer to a resolution than when I began. The service I received was nothing short of abysmal.

From the outset, the customer service representatives I encountered seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Rather than attentively listening to my concerns, I was repeatedly shuffled from one department to another, encountering a series of rude and dismissive employees along the way. It was abundantly clear that they were more focused on passing the buck than genuinely addressing my issue.

What astounded me the most was the flagrant lack of basic courtesy and professionalism displayed by MTN's staff. Not once did they make an effort to understand the nature of my problem before hastily redirecting me elsewhere. The entire experience was a disheartening display of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction.

This abysmal encounter has unequivocally convinced me to sever ties with MTN. I will actively dissuade others from engaging with MTN based on this shocking level of service. Even my partner, who is currently a customer, has decided to follow suit and opt for an alternative provider due to this regrettable experience.

In conclusion, MTN's service left much to be desired, failing profoundly in meeting even the most basic expectations of customer support. I strongly caution anyone considering MTN to reconsider and explore alternative options that prioritize customer care and respect.
