Appalling Customer Service - Non existent!

The management of this company needs to wake up! Fast asleep at the wheel.

Appalling customer service. I have not managed to submit my invoices for reimbur*****t to my employer because I can't find these anywhere! The useless app and no emailed invoices. Previously I would receive either an email with the documents or an email with a link for access to the MTN platform, that has stopped as well, except for a monthly debit - of course! The last invoice that I have received was in August, even then a Zero amount invoice, which I then had to call in to receive a proper invoice.

I have not been advised of this change and for the past 2 months have been struggling to obtain these documents. Nest stop is consumer ombudsman.
