Appalling customer service

Been having network issues ever since the contract has been upgraded. Every now and then getting random MTN pop ups telling me that data is finished, however there is still data on the phone. Apps are not working and not getting sms’s, after factory reseting the phone the issue persists. Been to MTN multiple times and have heard numerous ridiculous stories, even been told by an MTN employee, after threatening to leave and go to another service provider. “We cant help you, and to go find another service provider”. Appalled by the disgrace of a service I have been receiving from MTN.. the service from the company as well as the network is a disgrace.
