Appalling customer service

I’ve had thee most disgusting customer experience with a consultant at a MTN store in Clearwater. So much so that this consultant by the name of Khuliso Mafunisa boldly informed me during her colleagues ,manager and clients in store that she didn’t give a damn and that I can report it to whoever. She has absolutely no customer service and to top it off she is the front of the organisation representing. She is the first person you come in contact with the first impression of your entire experience with the organisation. I would honestly not recommend anyone to go to the store in question you do not know the level of service or worse the amount of disrespect you will receive at this particular store. This woman’s service is not only disgusting it is outrageously appalling.
