Appalling Customer Service and lack of knowledge

On the 29/02/204 maponya mall MTN . The lack of customer service and knowledge in the MTN store in maponya mall is appalling, went there to get the Wi-Fi router, at the door no greeting asked what we want and said the Wi-Fi router and was told to go print 3 months bank statement, went and got the statement, went in and the lady assist tells us she doesn’t want a printed statement she needs it emailed to her, then we continue, lady asks for address we provide her with the address she tells us she can’t find it, we look at the address on her screen it’s there. Worst part is I ask her why would they say printed 3 months bank statement when it’s not needed? She reply I’m sure they forgot they know we don’t need it. I think that those people working there don’t know what they are doing they are just there for a paycheque. Give them proper training. Went to South Gate mall got assistance with the best customer service.
