Appalling customer service

Terrible experience with their customer care. Keep getting transferred to different departments and having to explain everything over again. They've outsourced some of the customer care to external companies and somehow expect you to know which company was dealing with your contract. Different people give you conflicting information and requests are cancelled/processed without your consent or update. Will never have a product with them again.
