APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Failing to provide a constructive response to many e-mails, the ultimate dated May 2015, my follow up dated May 13 2015 stating \concerned as no one has taken the trouble to respond\", followed by my mail reading \" disturbed that I have not received a response. Please advise what the procedure is to expect a response to mail\", followed by my mail dated June15 2015 reading \" please advise to whom should I address this mail as it has not been responded to by Customer Service\". MTN eventually responded with a reference number *** advising that they had forwarded my mail to the Billing Department. \"for further assistance\" This was dated July 15 2015. Thus far I have not received any further assistance.<br> A point of disturbing concern is the fact that MTN have failed to cancel my debit order when requested per mail because of my concern that monies were been deducted of which I had no documentation to substantiate these monies "
