Appalling customer service

My order has been approved as per an sms got from mtn and a contract send me mtn but since then I have never received any update in regards to delivery, so as a customer I have been calling and mtn staff are clueless everyone I spoke to assume it's pending but how can it pend if I have received a contract and an sms that it's approved and dsv will call me to arrange delivery
