Appalling Customer Care-Worst Company ever!

MTN is a company that offers the worst customer service and offer the least care to their customers over all service providers. Their assistants are full of attitude and lack basic product knowledge. My account was handed over without giving me notice, then I had all three of my lines blocked. After settling the account in full their agent advises that I my account is in arrears and hangs up on me without explaining how this was possible. I just want my numbers back and for someone to clear all this nonsense out for me before I escalate this matter to higher level management.<br> <br> I wish to never do business with MTN again and the sooner I get this matter sorted, the sooner I will ensure the Whole world is made aware of their pathetic customer service and care. No wonder their customers are unhappy.
