Appalling contract service

After being a loyal customer for several decades I am immensely disappointed at the service I have received from MTN over many months. Due to the fault of the MTN agent the incorrect contract was linked to my account. Despite promises, calls, emails the contract has not been amended. How difficult can it really be to do what is agreed?
