APPALLING BEHAVIOUR -MTN CONSULTANT

The most *********** staff are MTN VANGATE MALL CAPE TOWN.

I submitted my insurance claim form at 12:30 this afternoon only to receive a text from MTN insurance that documents are incomplete.

No assistance has been provided after coming back to the store. I had to wait for over 30 minutes for the consultant to come back from lunch as no one could assist me .Attitude from staff members and refusing escalating to manager claiming that no manager is available.

MTN consultant very rude and unprofessional, they have no respect for other ethnic groups other than Coloureds and Muslims .

Speaking Afrikaans with their colleagues thinking you cannot hear nor understand what they are saying.

Very condescending and patronizing.

Very disgusted by the bad attitude of MTN VANGATE MALL STAFF MEMBERS
