Appalling!!!

<p>i called in two weeks ago to MTN Direct, firstly a very rude lady answered the phone so i told her i do not want to speak to her because she is rude and she did not want to give me her name. then i was assisted by a Lady called Nhlanhla Nkabinde who assisted me with my cellphone contract. when i asked her to clarify the spelling of the details i gave her she became defensive as well and insisted that everything is correct!!! on the same day i tried to call her back 3 times and the call centre agaents said that they will email her to contact me back and till this day she has not. i had a few amendments to make the term of contract we agreed on. the Phone arrived this Morning and for the 4th time i called to get a hold of her as my details are incorrect and i have still not received any communication from her. apparently she is in the Joburg branch which is irrelevant to me. but i would like for this Woman to call me back and fix the things i need fixed or otherwise cancel everything. </p>
