Appalled/Angry/disgusted

Never in my whole entire life I have ported from Cell C to mtn n got a better service..I am ****ed off by your service..I load data every now and then but my data gets chowed and this is not the first time ,this has been going on for some time now🤬😡I call you guys your agents can’t even explain what happened and i don’t even get reimbursed at all.Just yesterday I load data I used it a bit to an extent of not expecting an sms that I used 50% of it hardly a minute I have used 80% n again my data is finished I’m being charged an in-bundle rate …like what the F&$ck…Mtn you can check my account I pay my account and I buy data every now and then because of this thing that you guys are doing to us as customers..I use wifi at home and work …so why would my data get finished..got an sms whilst I was connected to wifi like really..can someone call me back and explain why this is happening….
