Appalled with service delivery.

I am appalled with the service I received with MTN being a client with them for the last 8 years. I have been trying to retain a company number which has been liquidated as a prepaid number going in to the MTN store located in the Knowles spar a bunch of very unhelpful consultants where i visted the store on 3 occasions who advised to send an email to the customer complaints department who don't bother to get back to you. Then I was advised an email would be sent to Nico by the store manager upon my next visit because I received no feedback was told no he did not reply to the email. So I have been in and out this store with no joy now is this the service delivery we require in this day an age we should be on our A game to retain customers. Surely there's ways and means you can not just turn clients away .... day in and out numbers are moved from contract to prepaid.
