Appalled by the service I have been receiving from MTN. It's been more than 4 months now!

I have been a client of MTN for years now and I am quite appalled by the service I have been receiving on this query. In 2018 I went to MTN in Protea Glen and asked for the contract *** to be moved to my sister Nokwanda Sithole. This was not successfully done by the branch and nothing was communicated with me that they failed to remove the account. 3 years later I have been sent to credit laws on this account. Still no communication from MTN on this account. Every time I ask for this account to be closed I am not assisted. In January I paid the outstanding amount to the credit company and I got a letter to state I have fully settled the debt. Yet, it is still impossible to get the lawyers at MTN to remove my name and clear it on this. I don't know what I need to do in order to get service and help at MTN. This has been going on for 4 months now trying to clear my name with no luck, I am getting tired of going back and forth with call centre on this.
