Appalled at terrible service!
I am disgusted at their service.They disabled my incoming calls without even informing me and when I called a million times to find out why they had no idea.The last call U made to get some information yesterday the lady had the audacity to tell me to just get a sim swap and say I must just do what she says because she doesn't know why they disabled it or how to put it back!i have been a client for 11 years but I've lost my faith in them now.

27 Sept 2018, 07:34Hi,I was contacted yesterday at 5:13 pm on a number that i can't receive calls on to which I had to use another phone to call back and still can't recieve calls.The person told me to use the same codes that the agent did and still nothing so no I am not happy and refuse to do a sim swap after 11 years!!!!
