Appalled

I cancelled my contract during their strike I sent numerous emails and was advised that my contract is cancelled however they continued to bill me for a service I was not getting I don't even know where the sim card is because I did nt care knowing that the contract is cancelled! MTN is the worse service provider in the universe! My number that was on contract is *** I have an alternative number that I'm using which is not on the MTN network what I have picked up is that MTN does not assist even after reporting them on this site ....they respond with an email that they could nt make contact because the contact number is not on the MTN network! That is a pathetic response! I'm appalled and disgusted! Even when calling their call centre once u reach a consultant chanced are they can't help or they will drop the call on u after having to wait and hour just to get through!
