Appaling service!! Nxa

We booked in a device for repairs last week. When we call today we are given the run around by all your consultants who constantly put us on hold and apparently calling a supervisor and in turn hanging up calls without notification. 4 calls were hung up and no one apologized or acknowledged this. I could not even get their complaints email address, how pathetic for people who take my money every month without fail. No QA process was followed. I asked for my calls to lodge a complaint and no one could help?? Really? Your insurance company is *********** to the highest degree!!
