Appaling Service From Skylite MTN

Unfortunately the customer service is appaling. No customer support. I had a DATA SIM added to my contract HOWEVER it now TWO Years and I was never afforded an opportunity to use it.

Sim Card didn't work since day one. I was always given a new Sim card but to my dismay it NEVER worked. "The 24 Hour activation" period still didn't kick in two years later.

I am still being billed for it even though I don't have any access to it!!!
