APPALING SERVICE AT MTN CRESTA

My cell service was suspended on Sunday. I tried to call the MTN call centre with no answer. I went to MTN Cresta where I was told by the sales assistant that I have to keep trying the call centre. She said nothing can be done at branch level, she did not even check on my account, she said please come back the next day when there is a manager on Duty.

I took time off work and went back today and was assisted by the same sales assistant, she went into my account and within 10 minutes the suspension on my account was lifted and I could use my phone.

WHY was this not done on Sunday, I WAS TURNED AWAY and had to bear the inconvenience of my service being suspended for 2 days. After hearing my story, the Branch Manger apologised and the sales assistant just gave me blank stare...

I have had my contract with MTN for more than 10 years and guess what MTN I will not be renewing my contract this year - I am so disappointed with your service,
