Appaling service after armed ******* from MTN

After being a customer of MTN via Nashua and then being transferred automatically to MTN and paying our account each month which included insurance, a home invasion occured and my husbands cellphone was ******. MTN were advised of the claim on the 11/4/2016 by Vusimuzilungile Ntsila an MTN employee. Having claimed my cellphone as a result of it being ****** awhile ago I knew it would take approximately 6 weeks to get another one so I was patient. On the 19/5 5 weeks later I recieved an email advising me to pay R512 into a bank account as the premiums paid were incorrect this was sent by Takalani Tshivhase MTN Insurance claim department - proof of this payment was sent the same day to Vusi who claims to have sent it to Takalani on the same day. On the 9/5 Takalani once more sends an email requesting the deposit, Vusi once more forwards proof of this payment. I call once a week to follow up. On the 26/5 Takalani once more requests proof of payment and Vusi once more provides it.On the 31/5 after calling Vusi on his cellphone he once more sends a request to Takalani to assist with USD: ***. It is now 7 weeks and counting and I have still to be advised if the deposit has been recieved and what is occuring with this claim. MTN'S service has always been bad but to try and run a business without a cellphone which you have been paying for for more than 10 years and to have to wait 7 weeks and still not have an answer is disgusting. You go through a trauma and expect to be rewarded with good service - MTN you deserve to close down with the no-service you give. We will wait and we will eventually get a phone but this is the last time we will do business with you again.
