APPALING SERVICE!

Do not waste your time with MTN CONTRACT services.

Had I known what I know now, I would have never app**** for a new contract with MTN. It feels like I am begging you to take my money.

I app**** for a new contract on the 26th of July 2024 and I am yet to receive the devices. It took me 2+ weeks of DMing making endless calls and being told to call DSV myself, DSV told me that they did not have my package/order. A back and forth interaction and countless escalations

My query has been escalated so many times it has probably reached the pearly gates of heaven. Only to find out that the reason for the delay was due to them having NO STOCK of the smar****ch. Why in the world would you advertise something you have no stock of is BEYOND me?

At this point, I am just requesting that the contract application be canceled IMMEDIATELY. I have taken a contract with you before and have been with MTN for more than 15+ years. The standard of service in general is abysmal.
