Appaling Feedback and response from MTN ***** Dept

I had an ******* contract upgrade as well as a new ******** contract by MTN . I have reported and returned the good in Jul 2023 and are still awaiting MTN to close this case REF *** This is appalling each time i call ***** they tell me that it should have been resolved and it just never happens if you can find the time please contact me as this is realy rediculois .The last time i called was around 12 Dec then they said it would take 12 days to resolved when i phoned today it is still pending why is that ???.The fraid manger was supposed to call me and 1 hour later im stil awaitng his/her call wow
