Appaling Customer Sercice Mtn

Mtn has no respect for their clients - i have been without a proper working phone for 2 months now with no assistance from Mtn - whos consultant failed to update my new phone details after an upgrade or their underwriters Admyntech who have been dragging their feed regarding my claim which was sent on the 30th November.. I still have nit received any feedvack regarding the matter to this day. Mtn consultants at the polokwane service centre have not been helpful at all saying there is nothing they can do regarding the matter because they outsource their insurance and the consultant who helped with my uograde does not work there anymire. Admyntech and Mtn customer service is appaling. I will not be renewing my contract with them.
