APPALED AT MTN & DSV FOR A PACKAGE STILL NOT DELIVERED FROM 30 OCT 23 TILL TODAY

MTN online applications you've failed us by choosing the most pathetic courier company ever in DSV, until today I have not received my cellphones from DSV that they said they would deliver on 30 October, a person can never get through to you because I just want to cancel this contract and go apply for a contract with Vodacom, even though it's R30 more I don't mind, rather that than having to deal with *********** service provider. If you dare deduct from my account it'll be a whole different kind of war because I will not and I repeat, I will not pay for something that your chosen service provider has failed to deliver, I want someone to immediately contact me and tell me what mickey mouse business fiasco this is. It's absolutely appalling that you guys don't even care that such things are happening and yet it's through you that it goes on. how is it that you don't see or receive the comments about DSV? how many more customers are you willing to lose because of DSV? I have had so many packages delivered with CCD and never have I experienced issues but DSV it's forever the damn same.
