When i had gone to Mtn to book in my phone for repairs the above mentioned was not in the least bothered to assist, instead of asking me what the query was before hand the above seemed disinterested and not bothered to assist, after she had contacted the HCR line only then did she proceed to ask me what my problem was and why the phone was being booked in, after having given me attitude when filling in the form she even went as far as commenting \how i wish to tell her how to do her job""; this was on the 08th; today when i emailed HRC to try and enquire how far they are with my phone to my dismay i am advised that the collection was cancelled;after having called back to Newtown junction firstly the call was dropped in my ear whilst holding to get the new ref as Tshidi then said she had already rebooked the phone wheras when i calld back she now states that the phone is still at the shop and she was \""not in\"" hence she was unable to rebook the phone as if she is the only consultant working in that mtn """
