Apalling service

I registered a complaint on 1st July and was given a reference number Query Complaint [#398770]. Despite frequent e mail follow ups this matter has still not been resolved. I visited Northern Cyprus in October again and still could not access any MTN services. Once I crossed the border to Southern Cyprus I had services. In the interim I have successfully been able to have roaming services in Dubai, Turkey, Australia. Every time I follow up I receive a message saying the query has been escalated but without any further feedback.

I have been a loyal MTN subscriber since the 1980s but I am now planning to move provider due to the shocking service received.

Complaint I have international roaming activated on my phone in order to maintain contact whilst travelling as I am a frequent traveller. I have been traveling to Northern Cyprus at least once a year for the last 15 years and until last year had no problem. When I travelled there in September 2018 my phone noted 'emergency calls only' and the same thing when I travelled there this year in May/June. However when I crossed the border to Southern Cyprus my roaming signal was fine. Please advise urgently
