Anytime minutes not work to all other networks are
<p>I have a contract with mtn and they provide 50 minutes 100 sms 300 mb. The minutes are restricted to other networks because when I try to call the voice operator tills me that I have insufficient funds to make a call meaning they never specify that the anytime minutes have restrictions. I fell it's a waste of money and they are not honest to customers. </p>
