Anytime minutes not so anytime

On 01/06/2020 I was told that my ANYTIME MINUTES were for all networks. The lady proceeded to tell me that she has made an adjustment and that I should switch off my phone for 5 minutes and all would be fine.

To my horror and surprise, I was told today that it is only for phoning MTN numbers. I WANT MY MONEY BAC****!!!!
