Anytime Minutes

Good Day,

According to my contract, i should receive free anytime minutes but i only receive my free data for the last couple of months.

When i called the call centre, they logged a call and told me to phone back in 2-3 days. When i called back they said the problem has been resolved and gave me anytime minutes but when i checked there is still nothing.

Please resolve asap because i am paying for it each month.
